New OTRS modules for IT security, Instant Messaging and integration with wiki – Service management grows

During the CeBIT 2015, the c.a.p.e. IT GmbH presents three new modules extending Open Source product KIX4OTRS. The basis for (IT) Service Management and classic Customer Care Center can be integrated with Security Management System verinice, Instant Messaging and Wiki systems.
