Realkapital Partners appoints PAMERA to manage its assets in Germany
Frankfurt am Main, February 8, 2011 – the Norwegian fund manager Realkapital Partners AS, Oslo, has mandated PAMERA Asset Management GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, with the asset management of a German real estate portfolio. The portfolio comprises three commercial properties with a total area of around 25,000 sq.m.: the office buildings Spaldingtor in Hamburg and Solitaire in Frankfurt am Main as well as the Leine-Forum in Laatzen near Hanover.
