The availability of the new eFax mobile app coincides with a recent subscriber survey conducted by j2 Global Communications, Inc. of individuals and small business professionals on the changing nature of fax*. According to the survey, 70% of respondents stated that mobile faxing will be an important or very important part of their business processes over the next five years. Nearly two-thirds of survey respondents have been in a situation where sending or receiving a mobile fax would have benefited their business.
