(TSX: ICS), a leading product development company, is expanding operations with the planned opening of an engineering center in San Diego, California to meet the company-s growing demand for product development services. In addition to product development services for the world-s leading OEM companies developing wireless devices, the San Diego location will become the center for new product initiatives related to development of M2M (Machine-to-Machine) solutions.
