Upon the advice of legal counsel, the members of the iFinix Board of Directors voted to withdraw the company from the NFA. The company also changed its corporate location and phone number. Mr. Israel and Mr. Henlon both recently resigned from the Board of Directors in order to pursue personal interests outside of iFinix Corporation. As a result, Mr. Douglas Spadaro has assumed the role of Interim CEO and retains his position as Chairman.
