IXI-UMS Unified Messaging and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Version 5.0

IXI-UMS is integrated in Microsoft Dynamics NAV via the interface “IXI-UMS NAV Connect“ and provides the user with the unified messaging features Fax and SMS. Faxes and short messages (SMS) can be sent directly out of the Contacts. The message is created in an assistant, analogous to e-mails. The respective fax number, mobile number or pager number is inserted in the correct fax- or SMS-format automatically. The message is passed on to the IXI-UMS system as e-mail with the respective attachment and is delivered to the addressee. After that, the user can create a protocol about the delivery of the faxes and short messages. Aside from the sending of faxes and short messages out of the Contacts, also reports – offers, purchase orders, invoices, etc. – can be sent to the respective addressee by fax via IXI-UMS directly out of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

IXI-Call CTI and Microsoft Dynamics NAV Version 5.0

For the use of the telephony features in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the interface “IXI-Call NAV Connect“ is available. When a call comes in, the respective Contact Card opens with the data of the caller opens automatically. If the call number is not contained in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, the user receives an error message and can set up a new contact for this phone number. Outgoing calls can be started via the phone button on the Contact Card directly out of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The IXI-UMS- and IXI-Call-interfaces are available for the versions 5.0 and 4.0 of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Downgrades of the interface are possible after object adjustments.
