(OTCQB: RTGV) — Earlier this week RTG Ventures, Inc. announced a review of organization and technology as it enters its second year of operation, and a significant shift has already taken place. While the company will continue its operations in the European market, the organization will be streamlined under the leadership of Reggie James, Senior VP, Marketing, Communications, and Managing Director of Digital Clarity. Dominic Hawes-Fairley has stepped down as the focus has moved to a more US-centric approach as outlined in the Letter to Shareholders issued August 1, 2011. Now that the disruptive technology development has migrated into the Company, the next step is the integration of the various business segments to provide the most cohesive proposition to the consumers.
