Brighton, UK (September 27th, 2011). – SEH Technology will present its range of myUTN USB virtualisation solutions at this year-s IP EXPO in London on 19th and 20th October. The SEH exhibit will include a novelty: The new myUTN-120 SDCardserver is a USB virtualisation allrounder. It is equipped with an SD card reader slot for accessing SD card data via the network alongside a USB port for USB device virtualisation. In addition to the SEH myUTN Device Server series connecting almost any type of USB device to different network types, SEH will show its special solution myUTN-80 dongle server for USB hardware license key management across the network. Visitors will also find information on SEH-s solutions for ThinPrint Personal Printing and print management by Cortado at stand G32 and benefit from a special promotion for IP EXPO: SEH will offer the ThinPrint Personal Printing authentication solution ThinPrint Reader TPR-10 bundled with five user licenses from Cortado for £ 430 excluding VAT.
The IP EXPO, the UK-s only end-to-end infrastructure show, highlights IP network, virtualisation, cloud, wireless, storage, and security with major IT exhibitors like Cisco, HP, Microsoft, and VMware. SEH will for the first time present its new myUTN-120 SDCardserver, the latest addition to the company-s myUTN brand for intelligent USB device virtualisation and management across networks. With this USB SD card server users access SD card data in a network via a safe virtual USB point-to-point connection.
USB Virtualisation Also For Desktop Virtualisation and SBC
The SEH myUTN product range includes USB device servers for all network types. These enable users to connect almost any USB devices to the network via a safe point-to-point connection, enabling users to share USB devices one at a time. This allows location-independent and secure usage of the devices across the network, saving investment costs as the devices can be shared. The myUTN brand also includes special solutions such as the new myUTN-120 SDCardserver and the myUTN-80 dongle server. The dongle server provides a safe place for up to eight hardware keys (dongles) for copy-protected software and makes them available across the network. It offers many features designed for efficient dongle management fit for enterprise environments. All SEH myUTN device servers work seamlessly in server-based computing (SBC) and desktop virtualisation environments (e.g., Citrix, Microsoft, VMware), enabling the operation of USB devices across such infrastructures for the first time.
