Pendleton, a 10-year marketing veteran, reports to imc²-s president, Marc Blumberg, and leads the agency-s strategy and account management for clients in the business-to-business and consumer technology industries. She is the third new vice president, client partner hired since Tom Bateman joined imc² from Publicis in March and Colby Graff from the Acquity Group in January of this year.

Prior to imc², Pendleton led teams at R/GA, Organic, Wunderman and Tribal DDB. She also served as the director of delivery at Euro RSCG. Pendleton is best known for her work heading up digital for Nike India, where she led the brand-s repositioning effort in India, created a communication platform from the ground up for all digital mediums and launched the first Nike ecommerce initiative in India.
