Karlsruhe, 03/10/2008: Aktion Deutschland Hilft is a federation of ten German aid organizations. It was established to provide quick and effective assistance in response of catastrophes. Already in the past year, the federation decided in favor of the BrandMaker Media Database “Media Pool” to support their marketing operations. With this application, the allocation of media for public and press, but also for the ten member organizations, could be optimized noticeably.
Now, with the implementation of the BrandMaker Media Management, Aktion Deutschland Hilft has added further support to the creation process of printed advertising materials, such advertisements, brochures and office equipment. With the new Web-to-Print application, Aktion Deutschland Hilft will be able to reduce the costs for the creation and production of advertising materials and secure that communication measures executed by the participating members are always CI-conform.
For the future, the templates for print-adverts will be made available by the central marketing of the organization in BrandMaker. The responsible persons can define fix and changeable contents of the print materials. Afterwards, the employees of the Aktion Deutschland Hilft offices and the several aid organizations simply select one of the templates in BrandMaker and adjust the changeable content to their specific communication requirements. From their input and the provided template, the Web-to-Print module creates a printer-ready PDF. Therefore, the BrandMaker installation of Aktion Deutschland Hilft is based on an Adobe® InDesign® Rendering Server.
