Edinburgh, UK – 17th November, 2017: Axios Systems, one of the world’s leading providers of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions will be attending ITSM17, the Annual Conference and Exhibition organised by ITSMF UK.
The event will take place at Manchester Central Convention Complex, in the heart of the city on the 20-21st November, attracting 23 exhibitors and over 50 engaging presentations centring on the leading trends and talking points within the evolving ITSM space.
Axios Systems will be among the exhibitors at the two-day event, and will showcase the latest version of its all-in-one, fit-for-purpose ITSM solution assyst.
The company’s Chief Technical Officer Chris Rydings will also discuss the importance of service quality meeting the ever increasing demand for faster IT in a 45-minute presentation entitled: “How does ITIL Embrace Cloud and DevOps Adoption?” on Monday 20th November at 12:15pm.
Rydings will examine the now ubiquitous expectation of quick customer service and whether it is possible to control this alongside ensuring optimal service quality.
The risks of uncontrollable consumer demand are well-documented and have a detrimental effect on overall service quality. The utilisation of DevOps and Cloud operations looks to reduce these negative aspects and provide more visibility and control over service delivery.
Speaking ahead of the event, Rydings said: “ITSM17 is one of the stand-out events for ITSM and ITOM professionals and it offers us the chance to communicate the latest developments to our leading solution assyst to hundreds of our industry peers.
“With DevOps and Cloud becoming larger talking points within the ITSM and ITOM space, and the landscape placing more emphasis speed of service delivery versus quality of service, we need to be agile to meet the increasing customer demand.”
