As a business, KCOM is constantly evolving to continue to help customers achieve greater value from the way they interact, collaborate, and connect to improve customer experience. KCOM works with some of the UK’s biggest organisations, so it is key to ensure solutions are validated efficiently. To date tekVizion has completed 15 tests with KCOM, with more to be executed in 2018 and beyond. tekVizion’s unique interoperability lab fully validates collaboration workflows and accurately verifies and certifies the service. tekVizion has approved the following products for certification on behalf of KCOM to add to its portfolio of certified supported systems: Mitel MiVB (3300); Cisco CUCM with CUBE; NEC SV9100; Unify OpenScape Voice; and Alcatel Lucent OpenTouch.
“KCOM delivers highly effective communications and collaboration solutions to an impressive list of organisations in the UK.
