RightScale Optima combines existing RightScale analysis, reporting, and forecasting functionality for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, IBM Bluemix/SoftLayer, and private clouds with newly developed collaborative optimization and automated actions to reduce wasted cloud spend.

There are four main components to RightScale Optima:
