“In the Forum’s tenth anniversary year, the awards submissions more than lived up to the occasion. The judges’ task gets harder every year, as the diversity and richness of the entries increases,” said returning Chair of the judging panel Caroline Gabriel, Founder and Senior Analyst at Rethink Research. “It was good to see participation from companies which helped lay the foundations of small cells a decade ago, as well as new players and ideas. The wide range of entries reflects the way that small cells now support so many aspects of the mobile business, enabled by a diverse ecosystem.”
“Every single one of the Forum’s many achievements of the past decade can be attributed to its dedicated and extraordinarily talented membership,” said David Orloff, Chair of Small Cell Forum. “These awards give us a chance to recognise those working tirelessly to progress small cell technology, successfully articulating the benefits and improving connectivity in a variety of situations and applications.”
