DALLAS, TEXAS and MUMBAI, INDIA — (Marketwired) — 12/08/16 — MoneyOnMobile, Inc. (OTCQX: MOMT) announced today that its Indian subsidiary My Mobile Payments Ltd. (“MMPL”) has been provided a new unsecured credit facility from YES BANK Limited (the “Lender”). The revolving credit facility amount is INR 100 million or approximately USD 1.5 million at an aggregate annual interest rate of 11.6% and matures in December 2017. As part of the agreement, a performance guarantee was provided in order to assure repayment by MMPL of any amounts borrowed from the Lender.
