Glassdoor(R) Introduces Preferred Applicant Tracking System Partner Program

MILL VALLEY, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/14/16 — Inc., the world–s most transparent jobs and recruiting marketplace, is introducing the Preferred Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Partner Program, a step forward in providing greater efficiency in the recruiting space. Today, it is difficult for employers to ensure their jobs are getting in front of target candidates, to track the effectiveness of their recruiting platforms, and to ensure a seamless apply process for candidates. To address these challenges, Glassdoor–s Preferred ATS Partner Program helps employers identify ATS partners best suited to helping them achieve optimal talent acquisition outcomes and maximize their investment.

“No other jobs or recruiting platform today provides this level of transparency into recruiting activity and spend,” said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor CEO and co-founder. “The Glassdoor Preferred ATS Partner Program offers employers more confidence in their recruiting performance on the Glassdoor platform and helps them get more value from their ATS providers.”

Employers leveraging a Glassdoor Preferred ATS Partner gain three prime benefits: more reliable jobs exposure, smoother application experience for their candidates, and better data analytics offering greater visibility into the effectiveness of their recruitment spend. When it comes to data analytics, employer customers are able to better identify how many of their candidates are visiting Glassdoor. Plus, unlike any other jobs site, employers are able to connect data sets between their ATS and Glassdoor which will provide new transparency around cost per application, cost per interview and cost per hire on the Glassdoor platform.

By leveraging a Preferred ATS Partner, employers can also ensure consistent and reliable exposure of their jobs via direct feed. Plus, employers can help reduce the number of barriers job seekers face during the application process, as the partnership will allow job seekers to search for jobs, research companies and apply without ever having to leave the Glassdoor platform.

As of the debut of the program, 10 ATS providers will be taking advantage of this program either at the Gold or Silver level. The Gold level program provides a direct job feed, easy apply process and richer data analytics. ATS partners at the gold level include: ApplicantPro, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Ultimate Software and Workable. The Silver level program provides a direct job feed and easy apply process — silver level members include: iCIMS, JazzHR, and SilkRoad. Mutual customers of Glassdoor and these ATS providers can begin taking advantage of these features as they roll out over the coming months.

“With closer product integrations between Glassdoor and ATS providers, we will increase the value and effectiveness of talent acquisition spend, bring a smoother application experience to our job seekers visiting Glassdoor, and help employers better compete for top talent,” said Zachary Kushel, head of business development at Glassdoor.

The ATS program helps employers gain a more comprehensive understanding of how their applicant pool interacts with the Glassdoor platform, all while providing a better job seeking experience. According to recent research, more than half of Glassdoor customer–s applicants use Glassdoor.(1) Further, when employers allow candidates to apply from within the Glassdoor platform, the median increase in their application complete rate is 34 percent across all platforms, and is more than double on mobile devices (2).
