NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwired) — 06/15/16 — Women in Comms (WiC), the not-for-profit, independent initiative providing information, networking, mentorship, access to jobs and support for women in the next-gen communications industry founded by Light Reading, is pleased to invite you to our fall networking breakfast, taking place on Wednesday, September 14, in Denver, Colo.

WiC, along with its 27 member companies including many of the leading telecom service providers, vendors and industry associations from across the globe, will be hosting this free event to discuss and debate how companies can marry culture with progressive policies in order to support and empower women.

On the morning of September 14, a powerful panel of women leaders will discuss the intersection of company culture and progressive policies: what it looks like and how to achieve it in a meaningful way, regardless of where your company is starting out today.

Panelists include Beth Lackey, Senior Vice President, Carrier Operations, Windstream; Megan Doberneck, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Vodafone Americas; Nicola Jackson, Vice President, Marketing, XO Communications; and Sandi Mays, Executive Vice President, Tranzact, IT, Big Data and Billing, Client Services Management, Zayo.
