Nomadix and Blueprint RF Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation

AGOURA HILLS, CA — (Marketwired) — 06/14/16 — , the innovator and pioneer of public access gateways, today announced that it has settled the patent infringement case brought by Nomadix against Blueprint RF before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The settlement includes a royalty-bearing license to Blueprint RF under key portions of Nomadix–s extensive patent portfolio in Internet access technologies. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
