Hotel management consulting companies offer a host of administrative and management services, including commercial relationships with online travel agencies, such as Bookings.com, Orbitz.com and Despegar.com. Often times, particularly with smaller boutique hoteliers, there are a number of tasks that, while crucial to daily operations, are difficult to adequately maintain due to high costs. Hotel management consulting companies, such as [Costa Rica] — one of the country–s most notable hotel consultancy firms — essentially offers an entire team of specialists for the average cost of a single employee.
