MunchEye has announced the launch of a new WordPress Plugin called SpyStreamPro, which allows WordPress users to monitor and review visitor behaviour when people land on their website. This enables them to monitor the needs and intent of each individual who browses their pages, which can help the website owner to build upon and improve their website.
More information can be found on the official SpyStreamPro page at: http://letsgolook.at/SpyStreamPro.
Designed by Ben Murray, Rohan Chaudhari and Harshal Jadhav, it provides the website owner with a video recording of the visitors behaviour, where they move their mouse, and what they click, which they can view at any time. In addition to this advanced video mouse tracking, SpyStream Pro can also track click heatmaps, which it presents to the website owner so they can do DOM click tracking. It can also provide deep analytics like geo location, visitor age, browser type and the keywords they used to land on the page.
The SpyStream site explains that because of this, it can be used in much the same way as Google Analytics, but it also does things that Analytics and most conversion tracking programs can–t. It also comes with a reseller opportunity on the front end, making it ideal for clients already selling marketing services.
A full video preview is available on the site, which shows users how to watch video session replays to visualize exactly what browsers are seeing and doing on any site the plugin is installed on. It demonstrates the clicktracking ability, and documents the different levels of information available. The main overview page shows visitor duration, what they did, and how long they spent on each page they visited. But the demo video also shows how its possible to dive deeper and get more specialized information from individual pages.
