As director of Mobile for Greenhouse, leads Greenhouse–s efforts to build its mobile applications. Lister is eager to bring mobile into the recruitment process, using his experience working in a lab setting and leading mobile teams to create effective mobile strategies. A highly accomplished innovator and inventor in mobile technology, Lister enjoys finding opportunities to bring mobile solutions to new audiences. Under his direction, Greenhouse is currently developing the capabilities to allow hiring managers and recruiters greater flexibility in how they perform recruiting tasks.
Leveraging more than 15 years of sales and business development expertise, including more than a decade as a hiring manager, fully understands the challenges business face in finding great people.
