Flux Executives and Customers to Speak at Shape to Fabrication Conference, April 18-20, London, England

The biannual gathering of technologists, architects, and engineers will convene to discuss cutting edge technologies and innovative applications in architecture, engineering and design that are shaping future experiences. Specific sessions are listed below.

Flux–s Anthony Buckley-Thorp will present at a pre-Shape to Fabrication gathering of the Grasshopper UK User Group. Monday, April 18th 1600-1900.

Buckley-Thorp will also present two Taster Sessions earlier in the day. : Be Inspired by a Totally New Paradigm in Live Tool Interoperability. Monday, April 18th 900 & 1100 at The Goldsmiths Centre, London.

Flux is also pleased that two of their early customers will present their ideas at the main conference:

Brian Ringley, a platform specialist on the Global Design Technology Team at Woods Bagot, will present . Ringley will review his team–s integration of interoperable workflows on several globally significant projects from the past year.

Wolf Mangelsdorf and Dr. Al Fisher, partner and associate at BuroHappold, respectively, will present . With 50,000 new affordable housing units needed in London alone each year, the construction industry is nowhere prepared to produce that number. Mangelsdorf and Fisher will present a solution that enables the industry to produce housing faster with fewer people.
