The panel, arranged by Cliff Grossner, Research Director of Data Center, Cloud and SDN at Infonetics Research, will be held at 4:10 pm PDT on March 15 in Room 203/204 the Santa Clara Convention Center. Driven by the need for agility, cost reductions, and adoption of off-premises cloud services, the SD-WAN rollout is underway, with live production deployments by early adopters providing a trail for others to follow. As SD-WAN “crosses the chasm,” moving from early adopters to mainstream buyers, decision makers must make important long-term choices about their WAN architectures. Mr. Uppal holds an MS in Technology Management from Stanford University, an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Mr. Tan is the Technology Director at Devcon Construction overseeing all IT operations. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has held several technical and leadership IT roles in the construction industry and other high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. Mr. Tan holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
