Intergraph(R) Webinar on January 26th to Introduce New Load Case Editor in CAESAR II 2016 to Support Updates in B31.3 Piping Code

HOUSTON, TX — (Marketwired) — 01/13/16 — Intergraph will host a webinar on January 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. CST that will discuss the newly redesigned static load case editor in CAESAR II 2016 (8.00) that supports the 2014 edition of the B31.3 code for process plant piping. This latest ASME code requires that the piping design use the maximum of all longitudinal stress (SL) values to determine the expansion allowable stress and consider all support conditions in determining the SL values. The impact of these requirements is that the piping designer or engineer will need to evaluate a sustained load case for every operating condition. Participants will learn how to leverage the time-saving features CAESAR II–s redesigned load case editor provides to increase efficiency and benefit their workflows.
