Parker currently serves as a board member for cloud IT services firm Intermedia; software-as-a-service meetings management technology firm cVent, Inc.; and Polycom, a leader in unified collaboration solutions, where he formerly served as interim president and CEO from July 2013 to December 2013. Parker is also co-founder and senior operating principal at Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on investments in the technology and financial services sectors.
From June 2005 to December 2012, Parker served as president and CEO of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions, also serving as Deltek–s chairman of the board from April 2006 to December 2012. Prior to Deltek, from October 2000 to October 2004, Parker was CFO of PeopleSoft, a leading enterprise application software company, where he also served as co-president from October 2004 to December 2004 when the company was acquired by Oracle. He received his bachelor–s degree in accounting from Clarkson University, where he served on the board of trustees.
