ALBUQUERQUE, NM — (Marketwired) — 12/09/15 — Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, today announced that it will be hiring 125 more employees at its Albuquerque, NM facility, located at 4200 Osuna Road NE in Clifford Plaza. Alorica opened the Albuquerque customer service center in June of this year, and in six months has already filled 430 positions at this location making it one of the largest employers in the city.
Positions available include customer care associates and managerial roles for clients in the healthcare and telecommunications industry. Bilingual customer care, with an emphasis on the English and Spanish language, is a desired skill. The Albuquerque contact center location has the capacity for 800 employees, making hiring a continued focus for the region.

In celebration of the new facility and the successful hiring efforts the site has undergone this year, Alorica will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on December 10th at 2:00pm MT. During the ceremony the company will also present an initial food donation to benefit Roadrunner Food Bank, a local charity Alorica has partnered with for the holidays.
As the largest Food Bank in the state of New Mexico, Road Runner Food Bank helps 70,000 hungry people in the state on a weekly basis, and distributes more than 30 million pounds of food each year to a network of hundreds of partner agencies and four regional food banks. From December 10 – December 20, Alorica will collect food items in donation bins at the site. The public is welcome to drop off food donations between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday at 4200 Osuna Road NE in Clifford Plaza.
