SAN MATEO, CA — (Marketwired) — 11/11/15 — , a global leader in , today announced its Fall 2015 Product Release, delivering dynamic new options for viewing work, as well as a stronger integration between JIRA and Clarizen. The interactive, insightful and visual features help simplify the management of work inside Clarizen, to make decisions more effectively and ultimately deliver results more quickly. The enhanced JIRA integration allows JIRA users– work to be reflected and managed in Clarizen, providing full content creation and collaboration capabilities.
“Teams are empowered when workers at all levels within an organization can view, manage and collaborate on their work,” said Avinoam Nowogrodski, CEO, Clarizen. “Our Fall Release further expands our customers– visibility into their businesses, so they can make decisions in real time.”
View and manage all work — including projects, tasks, milestones, issues and requests — in a calendar format, updating task attributes from pop-up windows and reassigning work to team members as needed. Users can color-code the calendar to focus on status, priority, or manager for insightful visibility.
View and adjust work timelines in an industry-leading visual representation. Interactive Gantt gives users visual representation of the workplan, on which they can take action, such as rescheduling work by dragging and dropping or creating dependencies by linking tasks. Users can also display key attributes — such as percentage complete or dates — on the Gantt bars, and share the Gantt as a widget with internal and external stakeholders.
Strengthen everyone–s work connections and align teams with an enterprise-grade bidirectional integration. When one part of a team uses JIRA for software coding and bug tracking while the rest of the project is managed in Clarizen, all stakeholders are in sync as key JIRA data is reflected in Clarizen and vice versa. The flexible, out-of-the-box integration features best practices mappings and events, with an easy-to-use administration layer designed for business users.
Perform trend analysis on project performance to identify problem areas. Administrators can track daily active users on the application and identify where user adoption is low or where users may need training. They can capture information for daily trend snapshots; track actual, remaining and expected progress over time and generate burnup and burn-down charts.
Other new features include the ability to have multiple managers on all work objects, view project cases in separate panels, and push notifications for Clarizen–s iPhone app.
The Fall Release is now available at no charge to existing Clarizen customers, with the exception of the JIRA integration, which requires an additional license.
