The new board members bring a variety of diverse perspectives to ABI–s mission, from technology icons to prestigious academic institutions.
The new board members are: Aditya Agarwal, Vijay Anand, Diana Bersohn, Ashley Conard, Dorothy Nicholls, Pankaj Patel and Kevin Scott.

Aditya came to Dropbox via the acquisition of Cove, a company he co-founded that was focused on improving group collaboration and communication.
is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Intuit–s India Development Center (IDC) in Bangalore, India. Over the past seven years, Vijay has grown IDC into a premier technology center where more than 1,000 employees develop products including Quickbooks and TurboTax.
is a managing director at Accenture Strategy, and brings more than 20 years of experience as a consultant. She works with CIOs, primarily within the financial services industry, helping them to create and demonstrate the business value that technology can deliver to their enterprise.
is ABI–s new student board member. She–s currently researching cancer genomics at Brown University as a first-year Ph.D. student and NSF Graduate Research Fellow. She is also the finance chair for the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) Student Council Symposium 2016, and co-founder and President of ISCB–s Regional Student Group North East.
is the Vice President of Amazon Web Services (AWS) User Experience at Amazon, where she partners across service groups to build AWS console management tools and applications. Prior to AWS, Dorothy held leadership positions in Kindle and Amazon Consumer organizations, where she led initiatives to launch Kindle apps, Kindle Fire tablets as well as the launch of Amazon Prime.
is Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Cisco, where he is responsible for the development and execution of Cisco–s $38 billion product portfolio with an R&D spend of $5.8 billion. Pankaj oversees a team of more than 25,000 engineers who invent, innovate and change the way the world works, lives and plays. He sits on Cisco–s Executive Leadership Team defining Cisco–s strategy, investments and culture.
is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at LinkedIn and held senior leadership positions at AdMob and Google. Kevin is the recipient of a Google Founder–s Award, an Intel Ph.D. Fellowship and an ACM Recognition of Service award.
