The Magic Quadrant report assesses vendors based on “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”, with Gartner moving Cerillion–s position in both dimensions in this year–s report. Gartner evaluated Cerillion Enterprise, the company–s pre-integrated BSS/OSS suite, as well as its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing offering, Cerillion Skyline.
