Black has more than 10 years of experience helping high-performing and innovative companies understand and improve employee engagement data, with a strong academic background in industrial and organizational psychology. In this role, Black will support Glint in its mission to help organizations and people thrive, applying research to inform product direction and helping Glint clients diagnose and improve employee engagement.
Over his career, Black has been instrumental in helping some of the world–s most recognized brands transform their approaches to employee engagement. Most recently, he served as senior advisor and director of innovation at Sirota, where he worked with organizations such as Southwest Airlines, Coca-Cola Refreshments, Facebook, and Intuit. In addition to his role helping executives understand and improve engagement, Black incorporated innovation best practices into the products and services, led large-scale user input activities, and amplified the customer voice in Sirota–s strategic decision-making. He also designed and facilitated workshops to address deep-dive employee engagement challenges.
