(“DIAGNOS” or “the Corporation”) (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces that the board of directors of the Corporation has approved an amendment to the Corporation–s stock option plan in order to increase the maximum number of common shares that may be issued pursuant thereto from 12,000,000 to 20,000,000 to provide long-term incentives aimed at achieving the Corporation–s growth plans.
This amendment is subject to TSX Venture acceptance and disinterested shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 24, 2015.
