SAINT PAUL, MN — (Marketwired) — 08/17/15 — , the leading standards organization for the e-discovery market, announced today that George Socha, EDRM co-founder and president of Socha Consulting, will moderate a session on “20 E-Discovery Warnings in 60 Minutes” at , a four-day educational conference for professionals working in technology within law firms and legal departments.
Socha will be joined by Michael Boggs, director of practice support at Holland & Hart. The two will moderate a fast-paced series of live stories from audience members, who will share examples from their own experiences of e-discovery situations gone wrong, explain how the issue was ultimately resolved, and share their lessons learned. “The session will offer 20 opportunities to learn from the mistakes of others — an educational and entertaining way to increase one–s own success rate,” said George Socha.
The session will take place on Tuesday, September 1 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm at the ILTACON 2015 conference at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
George Socha will also be on hand to meet with ILTACON attendees at the booth from 10 to 11 am, and from 2:30 to 3:30 pm on Wednesday, September 2nd. The Ricoh booth #509 is located in the exhibit hall in the Octavius Ballroom on the Promenade Level.
EDRM creates practical resources to improve e-discovery and information governance. Launched in May 2005, EDRM was established to create standards and guidelines in the e-discovery market.
