Evidence and proof of responsibility is essential, and drivers can now record and email this evidence directly from their iPhone. If a crash occurs or an impact is detected, will automatically save the recent recorded video. The footage can then be saved on the iPhone.
Insurers can get accurate information about an accident without expensive video cameras, GPS sensors and accelerometers, helping reduce premiums. All this technology is available on the iPhone and built into the Witness app.
