More Power to the Picky: NFB app Now Available on Optik TV

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwired) — 07/02/15 — TELUS Optik TV customers in Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec can now enjoy access to 1,100 acclaimed (NFB) films, including Oscar-winning animated shorts, new and classic documentaries, great Canadian dramas, films for kids, and more.

Optik TV customers will be able to enjoy hundreds of new and classic NFB films, including a selection of its Academy Award winners and titles of special interest to viewers in Alberta and B.C.:

To access the NFB film app on Optik TV, customers can tune to channel 452 or 738 or press the “Apps/Interactive” button on their remote and select NFB.
