(OTCQB: WDDD) received a favorable Markman Order from Judge Denise Casper of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on June 26th related to its patent infringement Blizzard, Inc., Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Publishing, Inc.
