VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — (Marketwired) — 05/15/15 — IGEN Networks Corp (the “Company” or “IGEN”) (OTCQB: IGEN)(CSE: IGN) is pleased to announce the closing of two non-brokered private placements for a total of 600,000 units at a subscription price of C$0.203 per unit for gross proceeds of C$121,800. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one common share at C$0.35 for a period of two years from the closing date. The common shares issued pursuant to the private placement are restricted from trading for a four month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws and exchange policies. The proceeds of the private placements will be used by the Company for general working capital purposes.
