Improvements occurred in a number of areas including an operating expense decrease of just under 25% compared to the previous quarter, and 22% for the comparable 9 month period one year ago. The Company also continues to implement operational improvements in order to reduce costs, while at the same time adopting measures that will increase sales and revenue through marketing efforts, additional product sets, expanded service offerings and heightened consumer brand awareness.
Uniserve is also pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Mark Stanton to the Company–s board of directors. Mr. Stanton will take the place of Fred Munn, who has served as a director and the head of Uniserve–s Security Integration division in Alberta since January, 2014. Mr. Munn will continue to manage the Alberta division. Mark is a successful entrepreneur who has funded over twenty Tech start-ups and will bring additional vision and ability to the successful management of Uniserve–s expanding product and service lines.
