Mr. Knips brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and experience, beginning with corporate stints at Procter & Gamble, Countrywide Finance, and CEO space, and culminating in spending the past 10 years helping small to medium sized businesses develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in the areas of strategic planning, brand elevation, sales business development, and project management. Mr. Knips was a corporate strategist for two of Procter & Gamble–s billion-dollar brands, Pharmaceutical Brands Prilosec OTC and Salon Professional Division–s Wella Hair Products, where he also led a corporate-wide diversity project focusing on the Hispanic population; developed corporate wide strategy and process improvement projects for Countrywide Financial; and spent 3 years as the Southern California Director of CEO Space, helping small and medium sized business develop hyper-growth strategies.
