This new role enables kiteworks users to allow an external party to securely upload a file into a specified folder, without granting them access to all of the other content saved there. This increases productivity when working with external parties such as customers or vendors who need to upload information, without increasing data security risks by exposing external parties to sensitive information.
IT teams can now restrict where someone can access enterprise content sources from, based on the IP address of the device being used. This enables IT to ensure that sensitive information that should only be accessed through an organization–s network, is not accessed from a non-secure hotel or conference WiFi connection.
When sharing time sensitive materials, kiteworks users can now set expiration dates at the file level, to ensure that documents such as business contracts are only accessible for specific dates before the file link expires.
Now enterprise organizations can provide employees and external parties secure access to content stored in OpenText eDocs. All content accessed via kiteworks is encrypted and tracked, providing IT with mobile content management including centralized audit and reporting capabilities, to ensure enterprise security and compliance.
With kiteworks, now mobile-enabled employees can securely print the content they want, from the device they choose, whenever they need, further optimizing the mobile workflow.
