Tallwave Selects Five Innovative Early Stage Digital Technology Startups for High Tide(TM) at Luhrs City Center in Downtown Phoenix

SCOTTSDALE, AZ — (Marketwired) — 04/08/15 — Selected from a pool of over 75 geographically diverse and high-impact innovative digital technology startup companies, today announced five participants for Tallwave–s High Tide at (LCC) startup commercialization program. From April through June 2015, the rigorously chosen entrepreneurs will be given the use of complimentary custom workspace on the third floor of the iconic 14-story Art Deco Luhrs Tower in downtown Phoenix and participate in hands-on “sprints” focusing on product/prototyping, user validation, branding, sales systems, and go-to-market.

The ventures showcased their exceptional technology and talent at a special High Tide kick-off event April 7, held at LCC and attended by high-profile local investors, top corporations and entrepreneurial ecosystem partners.

Hansji Corporation, owners of LCC, announced a partnership with Scottsdale-based venture development company Tallwave to launch High Tide at Luhrs City Center in January, 2015. At the program–s culmination, two of the High Tide companies will be eligible to receive $50,000 in seed funding.
