Silex has integrated, tested and verified the Silex Ethernet to Wireless Bridge to be compatible with Polycom VVX phones. The Silex adapter can connect any device with an Ethernet port to an existing enterprise secure wireless network. Used with a VVX phone, it allows flexibility to locate the VVX phone in places where running cables is difficult, inconvenient, or impossible.
Changes or upgrades to the Polycom VVX phone are not necessary. The Silex SX-BR-4600WAN upgrades the phone with Wi-Fi, and all the same phone features work as if they are directly connected to the wired network while offering a seamless and secure connection.
