SAN FRANCISCO, CA — (Marketwired) — 03/16/15 — The , a community-led and industry-supported open source platform to advance Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), today announced the full program for the , its first in India to foster collaboration between the networking industry, users and open source communities on the OpenDaylight SDN platform. The event will take place in Bengaluru on April 22-23, 2015.
The OpenDaylight Forum provides an educational space for the people involved in open SDN and NFV to collaborate. Knowledge of these emerging technologies is crucial to building flexible networks to address the increasing data usage in the country. The two-day forum is filled with technical presentations and tutorials that will address everything from OpenDaylight fundamentals to building apps on the OpenDaylight controller to integration of OpenDaylight with other open source projects.
