Previously, Baylor users were going directly to the public cloud to deploy applications for big data computations, visualizations and complex algorithms. The simple but flexible solution provides automation as well as cloud and application support by giving researchers rapid self-service access to critical applications while delivering centralized efficiency and control. The new system will also meet governance and regulatory requirements that mandate more centralized application and data management.
