(arvato Systems) Gütersloh, Germany – In an invitation to tender for traditional full IT outsourcing, arvato Systems was able to win over the Hettich Group, based in Kirchlengern, Germany. The IT service provider was awarded the contract to take over the entire range of IT at the end of last year.
The transition of Hettich’s (http://www.hettich.com/en) entire IT world to the data centers of the IT service provider based in Gütersloh was launched on 1 January 2015.
The comprehensive IT outsourcing contract includes service desk, client services, collaboration and communication services, database services, network and security, platform services, iSeries services, as well as basic SAP operation and archiving.
