TROY, OH — (Marketwired) — 02/03/15 — James Lichtenberg has been promoted to Business Manager of AMETEK Prestolite Power, a world-leading manufacturer of motive-powered battery chargers and other battery accessories used for industrial lift trucks and utility vehicles. In his new role, Lichtenberg is responsible for overseeing the business unit–s growth in revenue and productivity globally.

Lichtenberg joined AMETEK in 2005 as Service Manager for its HDR Power Systems and later served as Director of Client Services for its Solidstate Controls business unit before returning to HDR Power Systems in 2013 as Director, where he successfully managed all business operations and sales strategies worldwide.
Lichtenberg has more than 16 years of industry experience, including serving as National Project Manager for Emerson Network Power in Columbus, Ohio, where he was a Test Engineer and Regional Project Manager. Lichtenberg resides in Pataskala, Ohio, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from ETI Technical College in Cleveland, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tiffin (Ohio) University.
