BOULDER, CO — (Marketwired) — 02/03/15 — (“Spectralink”), a global leader in purpose-built wireless solutions for the workplace, announced today the appointment of Randy Schultz to vice president of Global R&D, effective February 2, 2015. In this role, Schultz will oversee all R&D operations for Spectralink in both Boulder, Colo. and Horsens, Denmark. Schultz will report to Spectralink chief executive officer Sten Dyrmose.

Schultz brings 30 years of experience to Spectralink. He is a seasoned technical executive who most recently served as an executive director at Kaiser Permanente. In his role, he was responsible for architecture, design, software development, and delivery of the company–s Clinical Contact Center applications, supporting booking agents and advice nurses across the enterprise.

Schultz holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
