(TSX VENTURE: HET.H) (“HTN” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce all of the following matters were approved by the shareholders at the Company–s annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Toronto on January 13, 2015: the re-election of Messrs. Michael Kraft, Martin Bernholtz and Richard Zhou as directors of the Company; the reappointment of MNP LLP as auditors; the re-approval of the Company–s stock option plan; the continuance of the Company from the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) to the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) (the “OBCA”) as if the corporation had been incorporated under the OBCA; the ratification and confirmation of by-law No. 1 of the Company; and, the change of the name of the Company to “Internet of Things, Inc.”.

The continuance, the new by-laws and the change of the name of the Company to “Internet of Things, Inc.” are all expected to come into effect concurrently with the completion of the acquisition of Double Door Communications Inc., as described in the Company–s press release of December 15, 2014 (the “Transaction”).
The Company has submitted all documentation to the TSX Venture Exchange with respect to the Transaction, and will provide further updates as they become available.
