KIVOX Mobile 5.0, part of the KIVOX product family, provides a wider set of authentication options based upon the level of security required. The new 5.0 version of the SDK includes a text independent mode that is used to provide the highest level of convenience while maintaining high accuracy rates. The highest level of security is attained when using a fixed or free phrase to authenticate whereas the highest level of convenience is achieved when using free and natural speech to authenticate. Speaking naturally, users can now authenticate themselves using short natural language commands in any language, as it is language independent. KIVOX Mobile 5.0 is embedded locally on devices for added security and privacy so authentication never requires a biometric voiceprint to be stored on a server or in the cloud. Moreover, the SDK embeds patented anti-spoofing technology that prevents impostors from spoofing voice security systems through the use of recordings, adding another layer of security that is critical in typical biometric implementations.
