An expert in cyber technology strategic methods, Efrati is the former Head of the Civilian Division of the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister–s Office.
Efrati is the founder and CEO of Firmitas, a developer of cybersecurity technology solutions for the critical infrastructure market. He served in the Israel Defense Forces for more than 28 years where he commanded many prestigious operational and technological positions in military intelligence. Col.
