NEW YORK, NY — (Marketwired) — 12/11/14 — Eyes on the Go, Inc. (OTCQB: AXCG) announced today the launch of InVerse NYC, a first ever collaboration of world renowned poetry organizations in New York City. InVerse will feature exclusive performances daily from the premier performance venues The Nuyorican Poets Cafe, The Bowery Poetry Club, Poets House, Cornelia Street Cafe, Urbana Poetry and The Gathering of the Tribes.
The InVerse NYC group will curate the “best of the best” of NYC content including the famous Nuyorican “Friday Night Slam,” celebrity readings from Cornelia Street, Urbana from Sidewalk Cafe, and archived performances of famous poets from the vaults of Poets House. Bowery Poetry will feature a once a week performance of top literary talent and readings and critique by celebrated poet Steve Cannon from “The Stoop” and the Gathering of the Tribes.
The shows will be available only on a subscription program from Gander.tv. Select shows will be streamed on Sony PlayStation as pay-per-view events. Programming will launch January 16th, 2015.
Inverse Partner Bob Holman is an American poet, author, editor, publisher, producer of films and television programs including host of Language Matters a PBS special on endangered languages. According to Bob, Owner of Bowery Poetry Club, “Poetry is the language of the future, yet it has been locked out of the media. Gander.tv and InVerse is a grass roots program that could change all that.”
Taylor Mali, famed American , humorist, teacher and founder of Urbana Poetry Slam, said, “We produce a fantastic, thought provoking, live poetry slam every week at the Sidewalk Café.
